Exchange Policy

Our products are made to order and meticulously handcrafted for each customer. Once an order is placed, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, we are happy to assist with alterations if needed.

An exchange is only possible under the following circumstances:

  • You have received an incorrect product, meaning it does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • The product you received has a genuine manufacturing defect. 
  • Fill the EXCHANGE FORM .

Return Policy

In case the product does not fit you/or you don't like it, you can ship it to us within 7 days of delivery and we can either send you a new product or give you a credit note for the same amount. Refund

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

Each piece undergoes a thorough quality check, is carefully packed and sealed. A product is only eligible for return in the case of damage during transit.

If you discover any discrepancies or notice damage to the package, please make a suitable remark on the receipt to the logistics service provider/courier before accepting the delivery.

In the event that the products you receive carry a genuine manufacturing or quality defect, you are required to share a photograph as soon as you unpack the items and ship them back within the next 2 days.

Your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • You have received an incorrect product, meaning it does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • The product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

Any refund will be issued using the original method of payment, but only in the case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
